The old part I can not find, but without the all the code from the service manual i managed to sort out it was a Mitsubishi part : CR6AM-4

Make and model of machine to cross reference models, may help you get an approved replacement type from spares.

Thank you Jon, i saw this part, dont know why Element14 in Australia doesnt have it, as Farnell (element14) has it in stock, and newark (us) also
It is eact almost to the old, maybe the higher rated one you mentioned might be better.
