So it took six months but was finally able to delete all of my Google related accounts.
No particular reason , just a hunch.
I also delete web data cache, cookies etc daily. It may be possible to not delete all Google accounts and get good results by using a Tor browser. Not sure.
I know tracking is still possible using nic/mac and of course ip.
Yes I believe the wikileak OS back door unlock source code is viable, but I have no interest in checking all of my devices constantly.
So now, very interesting results using both Google advanced and Google advanced patent Searches.
Its like I have a new "internet" not seen in many years.
Guessing here but the Google algorithms must be too focused or too 'learned'.
For sure it was 'tracking' or at least identifying me. Eventually the search results were repetative and totally useless.
So things are just peachy now in search land.

Bing is useless for finding component data sheets. Google used to be my go to source for finding data sheets, but now most of the top results are the same foreign data sheet collections that try to trick you into downloading something other than what you want. For current parts the manufacturers own data sheet should at least be on the first page. I use Digikey or Mouser for current data sheets.
YouTube (Google) gets far too carried away with "learning." I watched 3 nutrition videos from the same person. I just went to YouTube and out of the 24 "suggestions" he is 14 of them. Several others are nutrition videos from someone else.
You can go to your Google Dashboard and clear your search history, but that doesn't seem to help much.
I use StartPage Web Search exclusivley now. Its just a proxy to google.

Yes I had made numerous attempts (over years) using all of the search engines mentioned and more, nothing really opened up the results until I actually deleted the google accounts.
I'm sure they must have some super strategy with cookies, maybe dummy links that serve only to service/update the cookies. But sometimes I started with clean history and no cookies. The narrow results still persisted.
The new results have made internet surfing really fun again.🙂

I just tried and don't see the appeal. Mostly it links to Amazon, eBay, other commercial sites and wikipedia. For me it's worse than Google.
I use Duckduckgo constantly.
Only Vivaldi browser on all my computers.
If for some reason duckduckgo do not work as I want it to on a specific search i just ctrl+shift+N in Vivaldi to open a secure mode window to run at the same time (no cookies or history, nothing saved at all mode) and do a google or yahoo search.
