maybe you can try to install 22pf instead of c5 (15 pf) / lead compensation capacitor... how many ampere do you set bias for your amps?
use bulb test for the first run test for your amps safety...

My experience..
I previously installed 13 pf for C15 and my amps oscillated... after I gained 15pf caps and installed them.. my amps run fine...
since i live in tropic country I set bias 1 A..
