How different are woofer plate amps against the rest ? They improve bass because of their Z output ohms and stiff power supply ?

I added IcePower driven subwoofers (cut off 50Hz) to the high Z output Class-A driven speakers, thinking exactly like you, but the result was not satisfying. The sound of digitally driven subwoofers is so dominating, and it was not obviously my goal. It can be successful, good luck! 🙂
