I'm take apart my first batch Sony VFET amp, to make for this a final chassis.
Second one nearly here, so I must have to done it before arrival.
Now I'm listening one of my spare amps, a DIY J2.
Not bad at all, but Sony is much better.
Yesterday I've listened to my balanced ZV9, also quite good, it is the same school, as well. Poor F6, maybe tomorrow.
Balanced F4 drives Eminence 18415, as usual.
At the same time, I'm somehow in a blue mood, really don't know why.

I've been busy preparing for a series of radio music specials, and on the side, doing some PCB layouts, including one for the "Light Touch". Sometimes beer enters the picture.
Renovating HV Lab PSU's. Had a cup of earl grey. Today its Valborg and we (not me) are celebrating an old german lady for some reason. The reason of drinking beer I guess.
So I dismantled my Sony VFET amp, to rebuild it eventually.
It was a mistake.
I miss it very much.
It sings in a whole different dimensions, than my other amps.
Last night I was able to listen to it again.
What a relief.
Although it is not ready yet.
