I use fiberglass and Roxul in most of my builds. My latest trend is Roxul panels centered in the box behind the driver then acoustistuff packed behind that. Works very well for controlling rear reflections. As for that build, those are my babies and have been done for a few years now.

My latest project....
....
Wow. Wow! You got skills!
System almost done...
This is my almost completed main system. The speakers are Mummy cabinets from Auto-Tech with B&C DE250 compression drivers and A&E Speakers TD12S Woofers. A Hypex DLCP Preamp/digital crossover handles crossover and EQ functions. Four Hypex NCORE amps drive the speakers. The DLCP, NCORE amps and a PC are housed in matching computer cases. The system sounds pretty good. Currently the speakers have a broad hump (~2dB) in the response between 900-1900. I’m going to rework the DLCP crossover using the Hypex Filter Designer to hopefully remove this hump without using to much EQ. I used a combination of SoundEasy, Hypex Filter Designer and REW for driver measurements and system testing. The cabinets are damped with a sprayable vibration damping compound from Cascade.

Hi James!
Your speakers look very nice and I like your choice of drivers. But, how did you get Mummy cabinets from Auto-Tech with B&C DE250 compression drivers and A&E Speakers TD12S Woofers? Everywhere I looked on line had different pro-sound drivers loaded into the Mummy cabinets. Were you able to purchase empty Mummy cabinets? Just curious...

thetubeguy,
I bought the cabinets without drivers through a waveguide/horn group buy.
