I'm willing to pay few $$$ for aforementioned schematic since I'm not able to find it anywhere on the net .TIA , L
Thanks anyway!
I have no problem paying fair price but the number printed on my Conterpoint Owner's manual is $10. That's close what Audio Research , and little less than Mcintosh charges for their manuals. While I understand that nobody except few get rich from hi-fi business lets keep things in proportions . If one can't make it from hi-fi there are plenty other jobs around....

I've got a crappy photocopy of the service manual. At one point they were free from the company. If there is enough interest, I'll scan at work and email around.

I downloaded the owner's manual and schematic from somewhere. It is incomplete but I think has some of the major node voltages. I'll email it to you later tonight (Wednesday).

I have the user manual with the circuit diagrams in. I can even throw in an SA1000 board for a few euro as have stripped mine out to re-use the case.

I fixed one once. Check voltages on the preamp tubes. If different look at the resistors. I found one way out of spec. A surprising failure.
