RFT L 2322: two drivers into a cabinet, array system, please help me!

Hi guys!
I've a project in my mind, but I can't find a decent solution...I'm a just a newbie, so I hope so much you don't leave me alone, giving me your precious support!
Well, I explane the projetc: I would to build an high efficiency bookshelf, 15 liters max...with an efficiency of 91-92 dB, I would be satisfied and very content! (the s.p.l. of these full-ranges is 87 dB 1W/M).
I don't demand any miracolous sound quality at all, just a loud decent sound.
My idea is to fit two RFT L 2322 full-ranges into each cabinet.
Believe me, it doesn't seems so complicated.
This full-range has been widely used in many projects in the 70's nd 80's, all simple projects, all with small size: ball-speakers, bass-reflex, closed box,
Please pay attention to me, step by step:
1) this is the full-range in question:
Lautsprecherchassis L2322 Speaker-P Elektroakustik Leipzig,

and how it sounds:

2) well, in my intention, the starting project would be the RFT B 2410, a 6 liters bass reflex cabinet with this L 2322 inside:
Bassreflexbox B2410 Speaker-P Stern-Radio Sonneberg, VEB, RF

So, the only thing to add is another L 2322 into a bigger cabinet (of course).

Anyway, there would be an alternative solution: the sealed enclosure system
Kompaktbox B7114 Speaker-P Statron Fuerstenwalde, VEB Ostd.,

Weiterleitungshinweis

Even in the case of the sealed enclosure, the project doesn't seem too difficult: to add another L 2322 driver and to build a bigger cabinet.
Moreover, searching for infos about the RFT L 2322, I found some specs in an ungarian hi-fi forum; I hope so much that can help us for this project:
first of all the T&S parameters:

http://diyaudio.hu/forum/download/file.php?id=5163&sid=2a4e52561927cefab143421d9b7d8b5b
I found also the impedence curve of the VEB STRATON Kompaktbox B7114 (I mean the sealed enclosure speaker with the RFT L 2322 full-range inside)...if that can help, you can find it below, in the atteched files.
I hope so much you support me for this project...I don't know where I've to start...so your help would be precious like gold to me!
First of all, we should choose which type of system (closed box or bass reflex) is the best solution for this "array full-ranges" project!
You decide!...This project is very important for me, so please guys, help me!!!😉
Thank you very much for your kindness and for your patience!
Best regards🙂

arrrgh why do you want to two in one box?
you don't deserve those drivers so send them to me.

and if it's important to you why would listen to somebody else?

Hi!!!🙂
Yes it's avery important project to me...because unfortunately, I'm not fine (health problems) and this project could help me to react.
I don't have any electronics skill and knowledge, but paradoxically, music and hi-fi have been always my passion, my hobby (and photography as well).
For this reason, I'm asking for your help and support.
That said, I want to use a two full-ranges for each cabinet, in order to improve the S.P.L.
By the way, just a personal curiosity: do you already know this RFT fullrange?
Any good, in your opinion?
Thank you so much!
Regards😉

Closed box, or TL.

Hi Sonce!
thank you very much for your reply!
However, I beg you to forgive my ignorance, please...could you explane to me what means "TL2"?
By the way, why do you prefer the closed box system to the bass reflex one?
Am I wrong?: does the bass reflex help to increase the lower frequencies range and also the s.p.l.?
I believe that fullrange have some bass lack (in fact its frequency range is 70-18.000 HZ).
Thank you Sonce for your interest!😉
Regards

yes i have heard that driver.
without a lenghthy conversation about a good many things about audio take my word for it, "just putting two of them in a scaled up box" to "increase SPL" without some way to resolve the comb filtering that will result is foolish.
my opinion is irrelevant (just because i like something doesn't mean you will)

RFT L2322 has very large Qts parameter, so bass-reflex box is out of question. The best enclosure for this diver is TL (Transmission Line - see Quarter Wavelength Loudspeaker Design), but it is much bigger than closed box, and demands good knowledge to design and build.
Bass-reflex box will increase low frequency range a little bit, but the sound quality will be also lower. Closed box has the same SPL as Bass-reflex box (above it's F3).
Because RFT L2322 is 4-ohm speaker, you can't parallel two speakers in one enclosure (you will get dangereosly low 2-ohm impedance). Serial connection will not bring higher sensitivity, so I recommend to use only one speaker per box. Build 10-liter closed box and stuff it well with Rock-wool or other mineral wool. Aperiodic box (with stuffed vent) is also good. Do not expect any bass below 100 Hz.
