Building a NXV-500 r2

You could buy two of those. I've received my 4 Monster modules and i am a few days away from receiving the parts for my case.

Your are perfectly right 🙂. But i build them in the perspective of getting speakers with bigger/multiple bass drivers. it will be funny to match the 1200 with another Anthony's amp for the mids/tweeters. Are you happy with your 500's ?

Oh yes! The NXV500R2's are the best amps I ever had! I am also bi-amping with 4 channels NXV500R2's. I'm now selling 2 modules to replace them with the NXV500L for the mid and tweeter section. At the moment I'm also building Troels NEXT-4.

Hi ijscobar, will give a try and build a new stereo amp using the 500 modules and the nx Volt ps. you really made me curious 🙂 finished the design of the case today. hope to get the parts soon... do you have any future project ?

Don't forget the transformers... No plans. If I someone is interested in my 2 NXV500r2 modules I will replace them with the L version. And finish the Next-4...

Finally connected the nxVolt One regulators. Don't know why I waited so long to do this because it's is a nice step forward!

Yes indeed, I had to move the 4 'big' capacitors to the onderside of the pcb 🙂

In the mean time I had some more time to listen and the nxVoltOne is a very, very nice upgrade! Better soundstage and more detail.
