Must be an all tube amplification stage (no chips, hybrids, transistors, etc.). Solid state rectifiers/regulators in the PS are permissible. Either current production or vintage. From my research, I practically can't find anything... Hoping with your help, we can put together a more complete list:
1.) EAR 834P (MM/MC)
2.) Croft RIAA (MM)
3.) Icon PS1 (MM/MC)
4.) Icon PS2 (MM)
5.) VTL 2.5, 2.5 II (MM)
6.) Conrad Johnson EV1, TEA1 S2, TEA2 S2, Premier 15
7.) Puresound P10 (MM)
8.) Jadis DPMC MKII, JP80MC, JP200MC (MM/MC)
9.) Ypsilon VPS-100
10.) Cary Audio PH-302 MKII (MM/MC)

A quick look at some of them indicates that they are not "all tube."
Curious. Which ones? Solid state rectifiers/regulators are acceptable. I should have clarified that 🙂
LED bias, solid state CCS plate loads.
Not the only but a good way to get the most out of a vacuum tube...
I thought someone else had the exclusive DIYaudio franchise to compile lists? Or does he only have the franchise for obscure lists?
Which raises the question - perhaps one that no one is asking - at what point does a tube design become a "hybrid"? Active amplification by a sand device? Or does a FET buffer on the output count? Current source/sink? Regulated power supply?
Personally I don't really care, provided the design is sound.

Really?! Almost every well known hi-fi brands from the old days made phono amplifiers. What would be the point of having such list? From my research, I practically can't find anything...

Finding standalone all tube phono preamps is very difficult, hopefully this list can help someone searching for one. Mind sharing some vintage models?

On the contrary, it's not difficult at all, just browse through old Audio, Wireless World, Popular Electronic, and vintage radio magazines, which are available online.
