Well, I still did not think about this, but it is for sure Brian should drink more beer because of his sluggish kidney function.
It is for sure that an Irishman would self harm his kidneys (auto-mutilation) for beer.
In return, a lifetime of beer will double the size of his liver (alcohol-induced hepatomegaly)
Which is about the time he starts to nag about gout.

Alcohol-induced hepatomegaly is a passing condition, so you do not have to deal with it, then comes to cirrhosis of the liver.
My neighbor has a cat scan (and/or mri) scheduled for next week, suspected pancreatitis.
Real estate broker, been drinking rum by the crates for decades, plus a heavy smoker.
In the weekends up till recently, he floated in his pool with a hole in one of his feet (alcohol-induced diabetes) and a glass of rum in one of his hands.
Couple of months ago, his wife found out he stayed at home because he no longer managed to squeeze his foot in a shoe.
Good news is that I want his property, and know he obtained it at half-price from the previous owner, the (adopted) aunty he was supposed to sell the estate for.

My chum from the US forwarded me a box with a couple of transformer.
Looks like they didn't survive the trip.
The myler tape is ripped in a few places and one of the primary
wires had actually sheared off. (Yikes!)
Do you think they can be salvaged?

Mylar works if you have. Polyester to. Any kind that isnt widening or shrinking badly with a little heat

Adhesive transformer winding tape has a coating added, it's supposed to shrink.
Undoubtedly Dupont manufactures a couple, I'd try shopping on the bayou.
