Hi all. Can anyone recommend PCB manufacturers (in China?) who are affordable, and happy to do prototypes to small runs? I'm not looking to have anything complicated done, just single sided boards. Thanks.

You could check out the authorized resellers on EAGLE: Authorized Resellers all over the world | CadSoft EAGLE no prices mentiones though.
For simple stuff, about any cheap fab in China will do. I've had decent experience with Itead, Smartprototyping and shenzhen2u.
Itead mixed up one order once but sent me new boards right away (still a two weeks delay due to shipping).

Never had a bad experience with them.
2 weeks from ordering to pcb's on your door mat.
Min order is 5 pcb's if they are small.
Send your gerbers for a quote.

I've used PCBCART - Professional PCB Manufacturer from China -- they even call if they think that there is an issue. For protos I use www.expresspcb.com or my CNC mill.

Actually I didn't mention that my location is New Zealand, so Chinese manufacturers may well be my best option, also when shipping is factored in. I can't work out how international shipping can vary so markedly, clearly in favour of purchasing from China.

You can refer to PCBShopper, they have a list of manufactories to choose from. And some of them are Chinese fabs, like ALLPCB.com. etc.
For Chinese fab, price is competitive, I have just ordered some boards from ALLPCB, haven't tested yet, but the quality look good.
