That will usually work out to be 12dB per octave. The notch is at the Fs resonance of the tweeter and needs careful modelling, particularly for straight phase and rolloff.

I don't think anybody in their right mind tries for 6dB/octave since power increases 12dB/octave as you go down and causes distortion.

Couple of reasonable time-aligned 12dB/octave designs here:
Ellam-FLEX-3W
Jenzen-Illuminator

Both using 100uF and 1mH or 0.82mH and 2.2R LCRs on the D3004-6600 tweeter. Plenty to get on with there.

I have done something similar with a Vifa ring radiator, the effective slope was 12db/oct done with a single cap and an LCR network with values very close to yours. The cap was a 6.8uF, it did work nicely with no issues up to about 80% of my amp power, which delivered about 48W into 4 ohm load. I haven`t tried it higher as it was too loud even for me. I see no reason why it won`t work but you`d need to consider time aligning the two drive units. I did push the ring radiator about 3.4cm backwards to achieve perfect phase coherency as I`m not a big fan of tilting the speaker.

Hi mario, nice to meet you, It's very rare find someone who tried and used 6db on scan-speak tweeter.
the phase of my system is perfect, so on problem about.
my problem is about power handling of d6600 with 6db on 4.7uF, I'm afraid that does not hold a lot of power, and then it damages.
but, your filter with 6.8uF cap is much danegerous than mine (4.7uF), so you say that non issue with most amps.
ok, but 48w into 4 ohm are really few, are you sure that "volume" was enough, i think to use more that 48w into 4ohm.
I have doubts about the power handling about scan-speak d6600 into 6db.
which was the sensitivity of your system ?
how loud you listen ?

From a power handling perspective it doesn't and I think that was the OP concern. From a response standpoint it changes everything.
