The markings suggest that it may be a dual 0.22 ohm 5 watt resistor.
You could then replace it with 2 resistors, one lead each soldered together for the required 3 terminals.
These show up in the emitter circuits of SS output stages, and are prone to be fried when there are other failures in the circuit. I'd expect to find one or more fried transistors in the same amp channel.
