If you need 100 mA out, 200 mA rating for the transformer would be OK.

Do not use a torroid, (they have too wide a bandwidth and pass too much AC line noise. use a split bobbin type or an R core , but don't use a torrid. Use a full wave bridge on each winding and create the DC ground from the positive terminal of the negative bridge and the negative terminal of the positive bridge to reduce ground loops.

If you look into the schematic you also will see nothing special in the audio path, there is a lot to improve for example better coupling caps, opamps etc.
