Since humans have evolved from thousands of years, wouldn't they have adapted themselves to the hot or cold climate permanently. They would probably not feel comfortable if they move from cold climate to hot or vice versa. Don't know how much quickly people adapt themselves to the unique climate of respective countries.

In cold climate humans are big, with more fat, body mass and metabolic rates. Could be opposite in hot climate. Who would adapt best ? Honestly don't know.

Precisely what about this paper tells you the things you claim to hear are real, and more importantly, why DBT isn't the best tool available to prove or disprove claims made about audio equipment?

About TOR, I don't fully agree with some previous remarks, here, about "morality" ( child pornography etc.)
The first and main attempt to morality was done by states themselves, using illegal technologies to spy on citizens and even foreign governments in an scandalous way. (NSA and some others).
TOR was just an attempt to recover our rights to privacy.
Now, journalists try to put discredit on it with stupid comments about 'Black Internet" like if it was an underground world of crimes.
There is no "black Internet" as-it. It is like phones. You can use your phones to talk with your friends as well as to prepare crimes. Is-it the problem of the phones ?

yes, that is quit true Charles H., . However, many people cannot leave their country as I can. They just cannot afford the visa, airplane ticket etc and they may not be allowed to leave because of their government or ours..... The American embassy in Kathmandu, Nepal was asked if my Nepalese friend could get a visa to USA. The answer was: only if he could convince a professional interrogator why he would want to return.

Local evolutionary adapations for diet and climate is a fascinating area of study. Wish it made more sense to me. I am sure someone is trying to gene splice some native american modifications so they can sell a therapy that means you can eat nothing but steak and stay healthy!

From above link it seems major migration took place at 10 to 20000 years of interval in prehistoric times. Climate related probably. Also migration was from coldest climate to moderate. It is astonishing that these days a three year conflict can migrate 200,000 / 300,000 people across the nations.

Not groups but for the European population it is documented in ISO 7029, along with how it varies with age. It's a pain that these standards are only available for a fee, but the British Library in London has subscription to the ISO e-library so it's free to read in there, also paper copies. I think other libraries in the UK have similar arrangements.
It's well worth a read and will almost certainly shatter some myths.
