Where to buy deccent electret mic like Primo EM173 or better suggestion

I am looking for about a dozen of good characteristic electret microphones like Primo EM173 (A school DIY project in Thailand), but I wonder where are they available for retail quantity? I couldn't see them on RS component.


Alternatively, any better suggestions? The size limit is up to 25 mm diameter😛

The bigger the easier to be manipulated by beginner soldering, that's why I don't like the Panasonic wm-61a.

Panasonic doesn't make electret mics anymore (dissapointing, because that model, and an earlier one, were quite consistent, and could handle high levels with the "Linkwitz mod"). The bigger problem is that other electrets I've seen aren't any larger (but I haven't seen the Primo).

Maybe this will be of interest, it's small but it has wires already attached:

An email directly to Primo might yield good results as well ( http://http://www.primomic.com/ ) I bought some EM173s for a project at work this year and they were very helpful even though I was only purchasing a small number. They even went the extra mile and sent test results (frequency response, and sensitivity) for all the units I was sent. Great company.
