these guys are loving the Dynamic EQ. What Behringer are you referring to?

I have played with digital crossovers and they didn't even compare to the OEM crossovers in the Klipsch speakers. Now I'm running Active and Bi-Amping and not looking back. I am a big Analog fanatic and if you have a turntable please don't use DSP.🙁

Do you mean the digital crossover was crap or the passive crossover was crap?I have played with digital crossovers and they didn't even compare to the OEM crossovers in the Klipsch speakers.
Digital was a big disappointment and the weakest link in my system.
It is great for prototyping tho.

Were you running digital in and digital out or using the crappy on-board DAC?
I use a Firstwatt B5 for active crossover but trying to eliminate it. I prefer the full range played raw and only using active crossover for bass drivers.
Now that I think about that. I'm guessing that wouldn't even be possible even if you wanted to do that. Were you running digital in and digital out or using the crappy on-board DAC?.
I think the way forward for me is using the F4 with crossover at in put of F4 (refer to manual) on bass and then F6 or some other amp whatever proves best driving fullrange raw and F4 in parallel (F4 driving 2 x15" woofers in parrallel)
I am using an F4 for 800Hz + and a Hafler Transnova for 800Hz -, woofers love the current.
Some say the F4 is transparent and will add the flavor of whatever is in front, however it is in need of some voltage gain if your thinking about driving woofers with it. The B5 is a quality crossover, I use Marchand XM44 modules, they sound really good with discrete Op-amps or OPA-2134 to save some money.

The F6 or other amp will drive it. I might need to draw it so you can visualise the setup.I am using an F4 for 800Hz + and a Hafler Transnova for 800Hz -, woofers love the current.

I don't really need much gain I very rarely exceed 2V peak on my speakers the loudest they ever got was 4V peak when I had a friend over.
I have settled on two F6 driving the active Altecs. Seems like the best combination considering both F6 have similar sound signatures. Managing the gain levels is easier too.
Listened to the system and sounds pretty good with solid dynamics. Now I need to measure the room with REW software and adjust the MiniDSP for room correction and see if it makes sense or leave it as it is.
Thanks for all the advice.
Cheers.
