Ok. Here is something to break the OT chain. I have made a layout of Apex Protect circuit as given by him in post no. 5414. I know the layout can be improved a lot, but I would like to know if it will work as intended.
Also whether some values need adjustment for AX-11 as given in post no. 5402 for rail voltage of +/-35V and trafo secondary voltage of 24V ( i will be using the same AC secondary for PSU as well as Protect).

Prasi

Ok Thanks Mr. Mile,
I have modified the layout to include the PSU caps and also miniaturized the size a bit. Can you confirm if the AC connections and Gnd connections between the PSU board and Protect board are correct?

Nice pcb, ac connections are ok.

That's a nice PCB. If you can shorten it to 100mm you will save a lot of money on the cost of having them made. Most board houses have a "prototype" price for 100mm x 100mm that is dirt cheap. Like $25 for 10 boards including shipping. You go 101mm and the price doubles. Just a suggestion.Ok Thanks Mr. Mile,

Nice. What program are you drawing this in? Maybe you could share the file so some us could build it. 😀
