I have a pair of Community CSX-57's
I have replaced all the speakers with PRV 15W1600 800 watt speakers 8 ohm
I was wanting to do a JBL SRX725 Crossover Swap the problem I am having is the horn has a 3 bolt horn driver and a super tweeter. Can I wire a resistor and a capacitor to the super tweeter ? or just connect the super tweeter to the horn ? this has me baffled the CSX-57's was a 3 way using the horn and tweeter the JBL SRX 725's crossovers are only 2 way.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can't get there from here. Do you still have the Community crossover?
The SRX725 is a quazi 3-way with slightly different crossovers for each 15 but that wasn't how the Community boxes were designed.
What you need to do it build a custom high power crossover with the same crossover frequencies that community used.. you may even be able to generate that using parts from both the SRX and Community crossovers
Or you could do the smart thing and bi-amp these now with an electronic crossover and a second amp, you only need a relatively small amp for the horns.. maybe something like 200w/ch, but you need to install the super tweeter portion of the passive crossover in the box.

Question the 2 Esolar caps on the CSX57's crossovers I assume are for the woofers if both are 250wv one at 2 uf the other 5 uf. If i replaced these with 400wv with same uf as original would I get more power to the woofers. Or will it just blow the bulbs faster not sure how this thing works with the 7 bulbs.
thanks again for any help

Don't even think about changing the crossover.
If it's damaged, repair it.
Get Community to send you the schematic.

No, the max woofer power will be the same - it depends on the maximum power rating of the woofer, capacitor with 250V rating is not the limiting factor here.Question the 2 Esolar caps on the CSX57's crossovers I assume are for the woofers if both are 250wv one at 2 uf the other 5 uf. What you have to do here is re-engineer the crossover for higher power capacity and that means all of the components not just the capacitors, and that is gonna cost some real money because high power inductors and capacitors are not cheap. That is why I suggested bi-amping these cabs now, you can have a DCX2496 for what it would cost to buy the parts for the passive crossovers and then you just need another small amp to power the compression drivers.
