Correct, which is easily determined by measuring impedance
and using standard formulae for calculating parameters.

I've heard a bunch of guidelines....20% this...50% that. In this case I was pretty comfortable adding as much as I did given the small sealed enclosure....the air compliance of the enclosure will help keep the woofer cone from over-excursion.
As long as the woofer isn't going past the physical limits I'm not sure I care.
In the case of vented enclosures.....I wouldn't add that much.

All the Q's will also change...so Fs change alone won't tell you the response in an enclosure, which is why I created the spreadsheet. Best to verify with measurements.
