Professional means nothing these days. The data sheet tells the technical story and its possible suitability for any intended use. Your ears and long term listening will tell you if the device provides a long term satisfying experience.

(and that opamps differ should come as no surprise. Take half a dozen 50 to 100 watt amps of similar on paper specs and listen to each at a couple of watts (normal listening levels) and you would expect them to sound very different. So it is with opamps, each is unique sonically although in some cases the differences are subtle)
 
For bjt (transistor input) I would suggest he LM4562, NE5532 or LM833. They are the three that are the consistently best performers. There are countless others, 4558, 4560, 4556, 2068 etc etc.

For FET input the OPA2604 and OPA2134 types are recommended. The TL072 is surprisingly capable too... don't believe all you read... try it.
