The preamp is like this:
6N3 bile rectifier tube preamp streaking version ( with transformer )-in Home Appliances Stocks from Home Appliances on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group
but with R-core transformer. Where to look first for the "guilty" one?
Thank you!

[ I don't know but I assume the tube that sits to the left is your driver
Gain. And the 2 that are back to back are phase splitters I would maybe check those splitters first but even tho those caps look healthy they could have gone bad.

Sure they are correct.

Voltage from transformer it's ok. I've changed the input DC decoupling caps but only positive. The same result. But I listen carefully and between pops I can hear some intermittent music, louder in the speaker that pops.
I would post this on the tube forum there are some really
Sharp guys there that can surely help.

One other thing to check would be the power supply feeding your tpa3116
Maybe the problem is there

I'm am running another module with the Same source and it works fine.
Irribeo do you mean the 680nF capacitors from the amplifier?

Got a DMM or oscilloscope? Fire up the preamp and measure the voltage on its output when it starts up. If it goes beyond 5V or so, that could pop the TPA chip.
Just got a SMSL 36a pro and they're driving my Axton-AX80 homebuilt speakers. Amazing, such a small amp driving these large speakers so well ! (but 92% efficiency of the speakers will help I guess)
Just ordered 2 OSCON caps and 8 680uf FM's to see if that makes it even better.
Have been playing the speakers from a Harman + Kardon AVR51 for the last 15 years and must admit the SMSL does better I think.
Anyone any ideas if I lose quality by using the existing Harman + Kardon as a pre amp ? It has a pre-amp output and that gives me source selection and all very easy.

I was checking something in my breeze audio tpa3116 based amp (wlx board), and I found out that the gain resistors values doesnt match any of standard values declared in the datasheet. The values are 47K and 100K, according to the datasheet for 32db the values should be 39K and 100K, wich are the values shown in the silkscreen of the board.
What gain would give this values!?...something around 34db?.

32dB, the gain is set to fixed values with an ADC at startup, there are no intermediate steps.
Looking for a Ready to use Chinese power supply for Class D..
I was looking at the AMB sigma-11 and a few other units that were mentioned but I'd like to find something that is Pre built and low cost that maybe needs a few modification..
I actually need 3 supplies.. Just ordered silent sleep amp that xrk971 mentioned and need 2 supplies for two gmarsh wieners..
I have a 12v archer lab supply, shure beats out the lap top supply, need to put them in boxes with PCB supplies..
Any suggestions?🙂

Pre built, low cost, good quality? Nope. Get yourself a (brandname) laptop brick and you're set up fine. Or a TDK/Lambda/Meanwell closed frame psu. I wouldn't invest time into a PSU modification for making it "better".
Changing (output/filter) caps in an SMPS normally won't make it better as it highly influences the feedback and control. Without exactly knowing the circuit params and a good portion of know how it wouldn't do that.
I mean, getting a cheap supply at $20 and investing another 30+hours into modding it isn't quite. good deal if you can get a good one for $40. Worktime costs and I won't work for $2/hour. 😉

24 bucks CAD, more than adequate for an 8 ohm wiener:
RS-75-24 Mean Well | Mouser
Or 30 bucks CAD if you want a bit more power:
RS-100-24 Mean Well | Mouser
I've put thousands of Mean Well supplies in the field professionally, they're dead reliable and dirt cheap.
edit: And order the snubber parts I suggested in the Wiener thread when you make your Mouser order - 2 of each:

Great Help.. You made it easy as possible for me!
I ordered a 3.2A and 4.5A Mean Well.
Also ordered snubber parts..
