Burmester 933 mk2 Clone from Jims Audio

Hi

I just came across this Burmester 933 Mk2 clone that Jims audio is selling on ebay.

But i cant find any forum threads on this clone amp. Is there anyone who has tested this amp? or have any thoughts on this pcb?

It should work ... just a fully symmetrical (basic) "leach" type VFA amp.
A VERY common amplifier topology.
Not sure if that clone is a good one - the 933 has many Asian clones.

Looking at the typical 933 (even jims) clone , a lot of shortcuts were taken.

The real burmester 933 is a large 2 channel PCB with many more
input stage/output stage components , I'm sure the clone is
nowhere as advanced.

Agree with OS. The clone is ok, but not really a "piece of art".
Also, I don't like the idea of placing the whole PSU, including rectifier, at the power amp PCB.

Anyway, if somebody is interested, here is a schematic of one of the clones:

Hey @Stee, Have you performed this modification? I am looking to purchase a 2 channel Chinese amp. Been struggling to pick one.
