Its not necasarily the mosfets.
It could be shoot through if you don't have any dead time.
Or your switching frequency might be too high.
It is around 325khz....i want to drive this amp as bridge at 4ohms load..what out can it deliver at 4ohms bridged at 40-0-40 dc voltage??
What factors decides the type of mosfets in class D.
Why can't we use lower Rds mosfets as immediate replacement for these decade old Irf540 ?
I believe lower Rds will help to reduce heat dissipation and improve efficiency.

IRF540 is old school. The newer parts have lower resistance, a lot less gate charge, so can switch faster with less drive. A way better choice.
n- type mosfets - no problem , but the lack of p-type is great. You need to parallel 9540 in amount you need.

how? directly or a buffer should be added😕
There is a buffer already. So I think you can use up to 3-5 parallel mosfets.
Are you sure about that??
I just need two pairs, will it work fine with it?
I am unable to set frequency..i want to use it at 250khz

I did find any schema for jbl1100...can u plz attach it?
I can , but only at weekend , I' m on a vacation now.I did find any schema for jbl1100...can u plz attach it?

Yeah sure with ur ease..

I would avoid P-Chan MOS-FETs because switching characteristics probably don't match the N-Chan one, so use all N-Chan and this is a really fast one Infineon IPP600N25N3.

I have used Infineon COOL-MOS parts for power supply's and they run really cool. I didn't check on this thread to see what schematic you are using.

Tested the board on BTL mode...supply 25-0-25..output was 272 watts in 4ohms...response was awesome...bass was heavy...clearance was amazing..no noise...clean output...will test it at 40-0-40 volts today....hoping to get 600watts at 4ohms load
If the board survives with 4ohms load in BTL mode i will work on protection circuit...if anyone has tested the board with protection then guide me gor that..

I do not understand why p-channel n-channel designs have one extra p-channel mosfet in jbl schema...can u explain this???
