Arnotts Bush Biscuits, they were this really big slab of biscuit, perfect with vegemite or peanut butter.
They may still be available strangely though only in one state, South Australia. Last saw them in the 1970's

Fiddleheads. You can still buy them starting around this time of year but I just can't bring myself to spend that much on a vegetable anymore.
Real peperoni. You know, dark red in the long sticks in natrual casings and white bacterial growth of true salami.
Oops, white outside is mold, the bacteria is inside added to the meat mixture. Tisis a Dry Cure pepperoni not a modern pepperoni (short cure if any, possibly cooked instead of cured).
I may have to try making it myself.
I made Lomo a few years back, and the process is similar.

Carnation breakfast bars. Those were the best.
Vegetable Thins, the original ones. Not the crap they have out now. A box of those and some cream cheese was heaven.

I sometimes wonder what part of "They don't make it like they used to" is due to the fact that they really don't due to changes in politically correct ingredients as well as probably actually banned ingredients, vs a change in our physical ability to taste.
For instance Strawberries. It is natural fruit so it should taste the same. But, no strawberry I've had in many years tasted as good as the ones I picked as a child. Close, but not quite as good as my memory indicates it should taste.

Widely available. Wonderful and still available.
FFV used to make Orange Wafers and Lemon Wafers. Kind of like Brown edge wafers but with a touch of fruit.
Oscar Meyer New England Brand Sausage
I liked to put a slice on an English muffin, with a slice of cheese and slice of tomato. Then toasted in the broiler for a few minutes. No substitute is quite the same.
And I'd buy some Fizzies if I ever found some at the store.

Different type of strawberry. The Everbearing ones you can grow around here gives that childhood memory back to you. The steroid cellulose ones in the store just don't cut it.
Did you know the Strawberry as we eat, isn't the fruit? The seeds on the outside of the red bulby thing are. There you go: another useless bit of info brought to you by yours truly. 🙂
Baxter's Mediterranean tomato soup before they changed the recipe. Golden Dragon cup noodles. These crisp snack type things called Punjabi Puri. Heinz Winter Veg soup. Branston Pickle fine chopped 'hot' version. Garners onion pickle.
Don Antonio's Italian restaurant. Why did you have to go back to Italy ;/

Hostess cupcakes? Twinkies? Come on now, aren't there any other computer scientists out there?
They're back -- same recipe sans bakers union. I think that Teamsters still do the routes.
I really do miss Hydrox cookies. Oreo's are much too sweet. Archway Dutch cocoa cookies are about the right measure of "sweet".
Further to this point, "Dutch" cocoa powder has disappeared from grocery shelves here in the PRNJ. It has a different pH than the Nestle or Hershey varieties.
I have a new sweet which is remarkable -- "marcepan" from Poland. WOW!
Banana rumba dessert at Chilis. Best dessert ever. RIP.
Gobs of sugar, cream and eggs. What's not to like?😀
I'm gonna try this cupcake recipe I found, adapted to GF flour.

Not quite miss like crazy, but the factory making Rye-Vita crispbread in Australia closed down, and you can only get the "original", English made version now - and truly 'orrible stuff is the latter, a sort of crumbly, cardboardy tasting thing. So, had to move to another brand ... 🙂
