@kentucio: Yes, these are the original Toshiba product. If you look back to the start of this thread you will see that I've been selling these JFETs for over a year, there would be many complaints by now if I was selling anything but genuine 2SJ109-Vs.

@akira: Four 2SJ109s are USD64, shipping to France by airmail is USD11.90, for a total of USD75.90. Matching costs no extra, just let me know what IDSS you prefer.

@janegood: I don't have any 2SK389s for sale. Two 2SJ109s is USD32, shipping to South Africa is USD12.44, for a total of USD44.44.
