I don't need new measurements be saved, if I understood you
correctly. RLC filter in your circuit is unnecessary. It lowers
a bit the response in the 2kHz region. We will design a new
one with steeper roll off. What exactly passive parts do you
have to experiment with ? I would like to see the impact
of installing 1,5 mH that you have in RLC in place of 2mH.
We want the bass response a bit to the right so the tweeter
does not get so much low frequency energy and that way
XO point will be higher.
 
Yes, only the DCR of the 1,5 mH will be 0,6 ohms. Does not matter.
We could modifiy this filter of yours if only you had the parts
for trying out.

I found out how you can make the responses to appear intersected.
There are those a,b and c objects on the measurement menu and their
check boxes. When you record bassmid, uncheck the tweeter box
and vice versa. After both measurements, put a checkmark on both of
them and hit the print screen button.

as this is merlin's 1st time taking measurements, I would think that it might help to first make sure that his methodology is correct and his graphs are accurate before trying out different xo's based on them.

where are you with the SB woofer to make it a 3-way? Also, have you left your mid vented or did you seal it up?
 
Merlin,

1,2 mH and 15uF looks good. If you ask me, I would leave this
part as it is for now. I'll take a look at the passive parts and come
up with a proposal for tweeter filter shortly and you will swap
the parts as soon we see how it looks on graphs.
 
Merlin,

now keep the mic on the same spot where you did the 1,2 mH
graph. Record the tweeter response without any filter so we
see how much louder is he than bassmid. Place the mic between
the two drivers if you have not already done that.
