Increase 100R resistor for lower gain.
Use this wireing connection.
Thank you sir.
But I have a doubt.
Is the blue wire un-connected? Or is it connected to the M+ section?
Also my mic came with a 2 pin jack.
Can this circuit work with a 2 pin jack?
(This will save me from buying another cord or 3 pin jack. )
Could you kindly draw a diagram for a mic with 2 pin jack?

Thank you Sir Mile, I will tryIncrease 100R resistor for lower gain.

I connected this way now. Please see the attached picture.
Over all gain increased when I shortened M- and Gnd. Earlier ML3 output level was not so good.
ML3 output is louder now.
Equalizer function is very satisfactory.
But some problems.
1. There is very low output even if the volume is zero.
2. Microphone level is still not good at all. 🙁
3. Noise and distortion become prominent when I increase ML3 volume to some 70%.
Since so many people have made ML3 and appreciated it a lot, something must be wrong with my build.
Well, I tried my best to fix the mic problem but for me the mic is not upto my expectation or simply unusable though equalizer section is pretty good.
Any help to resolve this issue is much appreciated.
Thank you.

I think that the blue wire from mp3 must conected to GDN too ....
You have line + and line - this mean that is balanced input
I`m right sir mile ?
