Thank you for the positive feedback. This is my first amp and I am trying to build it as thorough as possible. The powder coating is done by a small company in town and I am really satisfied with the result. It's not too glossy because the powder is the same that is used on heavy industry equipment.

I used the same heat sinks for my F5 build. They are just enough. Not really much headroom to play with bias (my room T is 18-19C, bias ~1.2A).
Make sure you have good vent holes in the cover/bottom plate - it really makes a difference.

Yeah K&D! I have built many Pass amps but not Aleph 4 that you owned and raved about. So how do you compare the F5 with Aleph 4? (I think it will depend on the speaker for sure).

How about changing your bleeder to higher wattage?
Do you experience humming?
It controls the JC-2 preamp also in Class A but housing still not ready, nothing is booming ...
