NOS 6P3S-e or cheap new 5881? Identify this tube..

The getter is different from all the 6n3c-e ( 6p3s-e). Are they blank Groove tubes... Sovtec?? Nothing on them, blank bulb... I've post last week about them... I've look all over the place, the getter is a small ring ( normally, on 6p3s-e, it is 2 small rings... Any help???

they apear to be common or normal 6P3S-E but reflektor rebrands them like 5881
It´s pure comercial rebranding, in the insides there is a russian 6p3s
just keep the dissipation below 20 watts per tube and the screen below 350v
