Ok, so I repaired this amp. CH2 was fried. Replaced o/p transistors and two Fets. Both channels now work great into a load. When I switch the dip switched to bridge mode, (yes I know how to bridge these amps with these switches), I get a very feint signal and the CH1 clip LED lights with only a very small volume setting. Waveform on scope looks pretty distorted.
Any ideas? I can post a schematic.

Could you post the schematic? Could be a dud opamp used to invert one channel for bridge operation or something but without the circuit it's just a guess.
In the meantime, have you checked the DIP switches? Do all of them still make and break contact as they should?

Hi I have checked the dip switches and ribbon cable. All check fine. I agree its something to do with the inversion cct somewhere. Strange thing is both channels work separately ok.

Do you connect speaker to Red output connectors?
