Here's my second channel of B500 TEF... tested and working smoothly, very quiet amp. no hum/hizz and more powerful...

You can also use 2SC2037/2SA940 but with some lower voltage, +/-70V max.

If you can't find any of them, just put one pair 2SC5200/2SA1943 instead of MJE.
Or some other power transistors in smaller case like 2SC3263/2SA1294.
