Please help identify this part

Counterpoint Sa-5000 moving coil rca jack, notice the "cracked" black piece attached to the rya jack.

Can anyone identify this piece, Mr. Elliott and Alta Vista and Aria Audio seem to be closed.

Any help appreciated. Noise (distortion) seems to come from (R) channel-where black piece is cracked.

A small piece chipped off the end will do no harm. A crack going all the way through it may allow in a bit more RF from outside.
