A few years back I had an idea to try HCNW3120 optocoupler/gate driver in class-H output rail switching circuit. The PA had circlotron type output stage with N-MOSFETs. Unfortunately it became only an idea. That time the optocoupler wasnt cheap(30+ €)! Now the prizes have come down... Maybe someone will try it on this circuit. IR2117 is only an € cheaper but with optocoupling I think the drive circuit will be simpler and its gate drive capability is rated to 10nF(2...2,5A)!
