As one would expect, the BC412, having less LF extension, larger cabinet volume and frontal area and half the impedance is louder.

Yes, certainly correct. No time or eq adjustments. Just a band pass for subs (same for all), and probably a high pass for the top.
So, in addition to the BC412 having less LF extension, larger cabinet volume and frontal area and half the impedance, it's shorter path length probably would make it sound louder than the others due to the Haas effect.
