The Russian 6C19PI is a triode and usually are seen with sharp pointed pins and a "flying saucer" getter.
My guess is a 6360 dual beam tetrode. You will need to follow a few pins to see if they match up with the data sheet. If I'm right, a single tube is a push pull audio output stage that makes 12 watts.

I have spent the last 5 years sorting through 41 large boxes that contained a total of about 100,000 loose unboxed tubes. I didn't count them all, just one box. I sorted each box by size, tossing all the broken ones. Then by number of pins, then unique features, and so on until they were mostly all sorted.
I found a few that looked like yours and they were all 6360's. The square cutouts on the beam plates were the unique feature that I sorted by. There could be some other tubes that have this feature, but they weren't in my collection.

Hey Gorge.....that would have taken a few evenings!!
Yeah I think there were 3 more in the box, this one is dead as spotted 🙂

Yes, looks like 6360 (QQV03/10 in UK, QQE03/12 in Europe). There are quick-heat directly heated versions too (used in mobile VHF transceivers). Check the heater.
Does it have an etch code?

Sunny today, but has been very cold and very wet. The cold I don't mind but the persistent rain is miserable.
Attached a couple of amp pics, one a completed project the other EL95 push pull x 8 still in development... (See the thread in the forum listing "EL95 push pull"
Where do you live now?
