ehm, why is this in full range and where is diy?

Shorty,

I think this is the wrong forum. I would suggest you go to Audiokarma Home Audio Stereo Forums, and post under Speakers. You will get tons of answers, including many you didn't ask for, or don't care for. Having said that, yes, the Focal Chorus 814V is a very nice improvement over the Infinity Primus. So is PSB Image Series, so is Monitor Audio Bronze Series, so is Polk TSi Series, so is Swan, so is ARX, so is Aperion Audio, and the list goes on.

When you refer to Full Range, do you mean single driver, or a multi-way that covers almost the full frequency range?

when I look at the diyAudio forums, under Loudspeakers I see four sections: "multi-way","full range", "subwoofers" and "exotics..."
I assume that full range reffers to single driver unit speakers
otherwise there would be no need for multiway

I agree with you, but was giving the OP the benefit of the doubt. When I saw his Post #4, sort of decided not to "feed", and see if he knew what he was talking about. He never answered, case closed...:D
