I'm afraid you will get high distortion.
But the circuit will work.
Big problem can be when using 8 Ohm loudspeaker. Circuit shows 25 Ohm.
If you use 32 Ohm, or more, headphones it might work okay.
But you can count on rather high distortion anyway.

There are a few little changes you could make that would greatly improve the performance. Add Bootstrap Cap C9, and take the feedback from the output, rather than from the driver. See the enclosed schematic. Otherwise, I tried to leave it much as it was...
