The BUZ905p is the complementary for the BUZ900p and should be easier to find.
Made I believe by Magnatec also sold by RS Components

You are not looking for chips, but for transistors. BUZ900 is a power MOSFET.
Check whether you read the print on the other one right. Could it be MLP1N06? A current limited power MOSFET?

Hi pacificblue yeah power mosfet well in the right channel there is two buz900p transistors and two mlp120p I checked again tonight and that is certainly the one I need the amps quite old and has been extreamly reliable so would love to get it revived.
I picked up the two buz900p easily its just the other two mlp120p I can not find I googled it but not a lot of info was there.
I was wondering if there is a equivilent for it that I can use with the buz pair. I got the buz from cpc.
Thank you both for the replies

Thanks for the replies I have already got two buz900p but I checked and it is certainly a mlp120p this is for the right channel of the amp.
The left is fine and works sweet. The amp is probably 12-15 years old but is good.
