Sound wonderful. Only salt cured ham I have ever had that's good, comes straight off the farm by folks who have been doing it for centuries. Your ham sounds fantastic. Had both maple glazed and brown sugar recently. Both homemade. Store bought. yak!

Same as here in Washington State. The BB gun was the symbol that you were being trained in the duties of manhood and was a very serious rite of passage in a young man's life.
