Have I to connect the MJE350 reversed because don't share the same pin configuration like KSA1381?

Thanks, this is what has happened to dn2450 heatsinked
That is from when the Caddock broke too?
They are both ecb. What your Atlas say, are the KSA dead or not?
My Atlas is broken😡, needs to send back to the manufacturer to repair.

No, later other test with fuses installed and fuses broken also.

Looks like shorting somehow. Was it still on doubler or normal rectification?

Tx 240VAC not doubler, normal rectification.
All zeners are gone, replaced them and tested again the reg., now only crossed D2 so I will replace it and also replace Q2 DN2450.
Something must be fundamentally wrong when resistors catch fire, parts burn out repeatedly and literally explode...
Being a beta tester of the SSHV I must say that building was very straightforward and easy, so I really wonder....

Fixed the issue was where I suspected at the CCS the track between the two DN2450 was breaked, now I adjust the current to 30mA but the maximum Vout is 151,3VDC, the dummy load is 15K my Vout target is 280VDC Vin is 312,8VDC
