hi to all, i have been a long time audio fanatic with a fairly large collection of speakers, amps, subs, and all sorts that are forever getting me into trouble with my wife. i have a lot of ideas that are floating around which normally involve recycling some of the gear i have laying about, but i think i have lots to learn about modding.

Hi and welcome. Of course it's possible to learn. There are loads of persons here to help. What sort of plans do you have?
probably a huge step to start with, but i have a kenwood krv9080 which has loads of power, but i want to build a power amp using this as a base.
Good : usually is the preamp section that is not adequate; also the electronic input selector is not very good . Less is better
