cheers.
Thanks Epa,
this is the first time that I can compare sound of FLH to sound of TH, my two CV AB-36C are good high sensitivity but are no match <35 Hz to singel TH_1819, all are corner loaded. It is still in burning period and driver takes some time tu burn in. Some more photos.

Tapped Horn TH_1819 now I have it a little more than 14 days and has already played bass so confidently, precisely and smoothly, without any distortion and high second and third harmonics. I do not know if someone already did this in Slovenia (Tapped Horn) woofer, so it might be the first one! ![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)

Thanks SG3525,
glad to see there are some more Tapped Horn DIYers here in Slovenia
TH1819
Those are monsters alright, I like it but at 176 lbs without the driver whew! That's heavy I am still looking for a nice sounding subs and kick horn for playback, something that won't sound monotone. I have heard Danleys TH15 and they are wonderful to the ears and low distortion compared to some folded horn designs. I am currently building 4 Tuba 24's loaded with double 4 ohm BP102 for general DJ duties. But I want to build a nice TH that will reach 30Hz on cheaper 18" FaitalPro drivers 4 subs easy to build like yours but I need a kick horn on top of them for playback dance system with a Turbo TSE-111 top probably. Can these monsters be built light (120 lbs manageable with a neo 18 Faital) like 15mm BB and put lightening holes on all braces??? Those 18XL1500 are out of my budget but can break my piggy bank!![Wink ;) ;)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)

Hi,
I was looking first to build with MARINE plywood (9 ply) but the ordering time took to long so went for 18mm BB. The 9 ply marine plywood is also 18mm but very lite, so TH_1819 weight without the driver + braces + sound reflectors inside would be some 120 lbs the dimension is not so small so you need some wood as the horn path is 15 feet long. 49,21 inch high x 31,50 inch deep x 22,83 inch wide. It will reach -3dB 22 Hz and -10dB 18 Hz outdoors at 2Pi 2,83V@1m
So can I build this with 15 mm Marine plywood if that's lighter, sound reflectors I can build with Arauco ply which all braces in my Tuba I am building are Arauco and very lightweight. Also Can I use a different Faital instead of the 1500XL. I need it to go down to 30Hz +/- 3dB indoors, plan to build 4 X 1819 subs, thanks!
