.....
EDIT: Even though you have already done this I would not mind doing it myself purely to satisfy my curiosity and possibly learn something.
Besides that I have a tonne of laterals lying around.
didn't say that you don't need to do it
just informed you that it was made
Yeah I know it is reinventing the wheel, I just feel like doing it.
I also have some really nice designs that have not been built yet.
Just want to do this for some reason. The Aleph is a classic.

Hi Zen Mod
Have you tried running two identical circuits in parallel. I have not tried it but Nelson mentioned it once and I think Accuphase might do it on their high powered monoblock amps.
I think you are running high efficiency speakers so you probably have no need or interest in doing it.
Something I might try though.

yup , I did - with (properly made and simplified) Quad 405 , per their own instruction

If you are 45 then you are the same age as my eldest brother so the gap is not that huge.
I have some serious work to do to catch up.
😀

you're forgetting that I'm old fart
45 is almost whole century

Those must be in metric years then????

So - for negative bias it would be something like 50 - 3 - 2?naah
that's just 42 + 3
big badaboom

No it is 97 - 42
You could possibly also use 50 - 11 + (4 + 2)
Or possibly 50 - 47 + 42

I think you have never seen something like this:
Capstan motor instead cat.
I did not put him into this.

Did we lose 10 in the bias circuit or was it expended as heat in BS stage? 😀😀😀

He is very nice kitty kat!!! That monster (the machine - not the kitty) looks to be well used - but the cable harnesses look as if brand new - WoW!!! Man - they don't make 'em like that any more..... 😉
What do you reckon the insulation properties of cat are?
Probably make a nice capacitor too.
EDIT: Sorry for the bad spelling. That should say catacitor

We would have to bring relative humidity into consideration. My cats love the woodstove in winter... not the static fur rubsWhat do you reckon the insulation properties of cat are?

One of our 5 cats could be the twin of Gyuri's.
