Old Cap ID

I picked up these caps at a local surplus outlet. I suspect that they were made in the 70s or early 80's. The manufacturer may be RTE. Any clues on dielectric/voltage rating? I suspect that they are either polystyrene or polycarbonate.

Agreed, personally I would vote for polycarbonate.

There is a simple way to tell: PS has a slightly negative tempco, against a more or less positive one for PC.
Just heat it to 60°C or so while monitoring the capacitance, and you'll know for sure.
