Has anyone seen or repaired one of these? I've got this one on the bench which powers up straight into protection.
I was able to crack it open. This thing must be kinda dangerous; loaded with 16x 30A fuses. I guess this thing can draw at +-480 Amps!

yes, that's called a modified sine wave.
unless the inverter is labeled as "true sine wave", that is what you will get.

I have the same one and same problem I never got to use it it sat for years I just went to put in my truck and doing same thing you said I thought the wiring wasn’t think enough but that wasn’t the case can you please let me know how you made out what the problem was thank you very muchHas anyone seen or repaired one of these?
