Aaaaaaaand I just updated the PDF-spreadsheet in my signature again.
The colors now reflect my progress instead of the payment status.
And the 'Paid ?' checkbox turned into a 'VAT ?' checkbox, but of course it includes the transformers as well.
(I have nine payments in my PayPal accounts that had no forum name in the comment and that I couldn't match to a forum name from the top of my head... I'll sort that out this afternoon/evening.)

All the entries highlighted in gray already have a letter with their respective parts in one of the boxes.
(You can see the boxes with the large white envelopes in the latest pictures in the Gallery that's linked in my signature.)
I only need to check my super-secret spreadsheet that matches your forum names to the delivery addresses.
Then the letters get their shipping labels and I can take them to the post office.

Jokener

You were not on the list, because I neglegted to add any latecomers to it.
I have now added you to the list with one kit.
And don't worry, I have enough kits for everybody that sent me their money.
You will receive your kit soon.

But as I noted on the last page, I initially forgot to include the VAT (Value Added Tax, Mehrwertsteuer) in the price, because Mouser doesn't show it until the the Pro-Forma-Invoice.
I have therefore asked everybody to send an additional 2.78€ per kit they ordered.
If you could send it via PayPal as well that would be great.
Your kit is already assembled and waiting to be bagged. That should happen before/on the weekend.

I just brought Timperts shipment to the post office to benchmark the time it takes for one shipment: 45 seconds.
-> 45 seconds x 78 shipments: 58.5 minutes at the post office.

I'll try to get 90% of the shipments bagged tonight so that I can label them with the addresses tomorrow.
That way I can take them to the post office on Saturday if the Mouser shipment gets here before then.
(The shipment with the ommitted extras. It is 10.000m above the ocean in a FedEx plane and moving towards me at a rather acceptable velocity...)

Jokener

@ ukrcald: A big 'Thank You' to you and everybody else that included a little tip to the beer fund.
It is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately the second Mouser shipment with the 'extras' that were omitted from the first shipment just missed its schedule.
The website now shows me a 'Nov 28th' delivery date instead of 'Nov 25th'.
That means everybody that has any 'extras' in their order but is not yet marked in gray will have to wait a little longer.
It's not like ALL your extras are in that shipment, but I couldn't fully complete your envelope without them.
This does not influence anybody marked in gray nor anybody without extras. Your shipments will go out tonight or tomorrow.

Regards,
Jokener

P.S.: Tracking for the shipment: Mommy, look at me!

I have not yet started the next GB, because I want to finish this one first.
These people have sent me their money, so they deserve to be the top priority.

But as of right now, I can still offer you a couple of kit, cases and power supplies from those that I paid for.
Please send me a PM with everything you are interested in and your country.
I will then get back to you with a quote. Everybody that has asked about this after the deadline received a notification via PM.

On a separate note: The next GB should be open by next week.
I have been pushing this date out again and again due to this GB.
Now that this is (almost) wrapped up, I can finally go ahead.
There will be a fixed cutoff quantity (40 kits) for every upcoming GB of mine.
-> Shorter time-to-order, faster packaging, quicker succession of GB's.

Jokener

Almost done with the labeling of the envelopes...
THAT is a tedious task.
Well... at least I now know my own address... after writing it 73 times on all the envelopes 🙂

And I decided to skip the nightly serving of 1x large can of tender sleep.
Instead, I ordered 1x extra large can of Rockstar Energy + Apple.
Tastes like the sour apple liquor, just with more sugar and no alcohol.
Add a small dose of Skyy Vodka and the night can come and go.

I also ordered the Taxi for 8:50 AM to take me and all the boxes to the post office.
Don't think I should be driving in 4 hours ^^

Jokener
