Hello everybody. I want to build this enclosure for my Fostex FE206E but I could only find a set of plans without the cutting dimensions. The only measurements were on a built speaker witch has a lot of strange angles, so I couldn't figure out the exact cutting dimensions before cutting angles from separate pieces. A layout with the cutting is presented but no dimensions. As it will be hard anyway to source the birch, I want to cut to exact precision. As well, does anyone know if solid birch is good or do I need ply birch for this project? Thank you
probably the most accurate dimensioned drawings for the DallasII you'll find

🙁 Well I have those, I will just cut on the safe side and go from there. Thank you anyway as I know what I have to do now
Windows ate the original plans, all that exists has been gathered together into the pdf Chris pointed to. Dallas II have been built from that.

Draw it out full size and use a sliding bevel to transfer the angles to your saw. I will always do this instead of using planned angles. Your execution should always match your full sized drawing exactly with nice , tight joints.
Very nice! I can't wait to start the project! Seems that I'm ok with my current tube amp setup, will start to build it than after the casing is done I shall start this project. Need to get some tools first so I make it easier. With all this info about this it shouldn't be hard to get it done as close as possible to the original concept. Thank you for your support, I appreciate people getting involved!
