ive been meaning to ask you,is your carpenter able to make these bend 1/2" pannels marked in yellow ?
maybe you should ask him first, before i work out the details of the box.

also it might be cheaper if we use one driver per cab.
there are not a lot of (cheap)options here.

Erik, I spoke to the carpenter and show him the plan. This is what he said the easier you design the cabinet to be build the less money he will charge me to build them.

there are horns enough.but all verry expensive or they are crap.
then maybe stick with the original plan use 2 drivers in one box with the smaller horns.then buy adaptors for it.
whe cannot put just one smal horn in one box, because when its more then half wavelength distance between horns you wil get lobbing.
ill do some more research now.
well find something.

use this horn 2 * per box
use the P.Audio PC35 adaptor found here
when you have not enough money to buy al drivers right away, just fill 4 of 6 box with drivers and later buy the rest.
(you where planing on 6 total for now?)
or buy the peavy driver then you don't need the adaptor, but i realy dont know the quality of the peavy drivers.

I like this plan
Can the bms driver work with the horn and pc35 adaptor
